CUSTOMER ADVISORY BOARD

THE CUSTOMER IS THE FOCUS OF ALTAVEN SOLUTIONS

In an ongoing effort to design products that are truly in line with the needs of groups of companies, Altaven formed a Customer Advisory Board to provide guidance on the development of the OPTIM'IS Tax Management Suite.

Our prime objective is to align the offer with the customer's technical and functional needs. Altaven's Customer Advisory Board members include the Vinci, Véolia Environnement and La Poste groups. The purpose of this collaboration with our customers is to foster synergies and validate the joint initiatives taken in product and service innovation.

PERMANENT DIALOGUE

An efficient tax consolidation tool is essential for Vinci, one of the largest groups on the market, which manages nearly 900 companies. We need software that is developed using the latest technology and that continuously meets the most stringent quality requirements, notably in terms of data reliability and security. By participating in the Customer Advisory Board, we intend to contribute actively to ensure that Altaven's software best meets these requirements.
Michel Gillet, Tax Director of Vinci Group

By participating in the Customer Advisory Board, we can place the priority on enhancements that generate the most productivity gains (e.g. tax monitoring at sub-consolidation levels) or that improve visibility, such as OLAP cubes.
Christine Bouvier, Tax Director,
Pascal Richon, Tax Department of Veolia Group.

The software must both contribute to company's cost management and make the user more intelligent. We believe that the best way of having a tax consolidation software package that meets our requirements is to participate in its development and dialogue on best practices, e.g. the annual schedule of tasks and an updated data entry guide.
Bernard Mirailles, Tax and Accounting Director of La Poste Group.

We believe that participating in the Customer Advisory Board means the opportunity to dialogue on best practices and express our needs in restructuring our tax reporting processes. Optim'is must follow the changes in the group's structure.
Fabrice Adam, Head of Group Tax Reporting, BNP Paribas.
